Position Overview:
The Event Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of public relations events for the organization. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar role, preferably within a public relations or media organization.
3. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful events, managing all aspects of event logistics from inception to completion.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline event planning processes.
